Happy 1st Birthday...

…to this blog.

Last year I had just signed a lease and decided I would stick around Champaign for several reasons. Some were logical ($$$, number 9 program in the country), some were very driven by love and hope (Adam). I was starting to feel acute senioritis, but graduation came less than a month later. Amidst my whining over classes and papers I had time for several bar crawls, plenty of Rock Band, lots o’ online shopping (finding the perfect dress(es) for my cousin’s wedding), and a picnic. I should’ve been more grateful for the free time I had, but Senioritis is a hard inflammation (sorry, remembering the Greek/Latin class I was taking a year ago…oh, -itis) to overcome.

Anyway. A lot changes in a year, a lot stays the same. In another year I’ll be done with classes, hopefully for the REST. OF. MY. LIFE.

Tangents aside, Happy Anniversary, blog. I like you.
