Finally calculated my clinic hours. We need at least 150 by the end of the Fall.
How many do I currently have signed off? 149.98. Adding 155 minutes from my last day at Potomac brings it up to 152.
So…I guess all I have to say is THANK GOODNESS I followed my instinct and did not volunteer for extra clients this summer. 2 are plenty, considering I do not need ANY hours.
The only “booooo” is that I still have quite a few categories in which I need hours: adult neuro, fluency, hearing screenings/overall diagnostics (does voice even matter?). So…the Fall might not be so carefree (though, with one real class, I think it should be manageable). But still…proof positive that my load last semester was ridiculous. And that 2 hours a week this summer is just fine with me.
