Another lovely fall day, another day in boots. The cafe capris are long enough that they have transition-into-fall-with-boots potential…score!
Main goals this week: more sleep (not doing so well so far), good work outs (so far, so good!), and eating reasonably (lots of pumpkin muffins consumed, but doing well calorie-wise). Getting more on top of work tasks and keeping the apartment clean are up there on the list, too.
Continuing to call the lost & found at Union Station with pretty much zero hope is on there, too, but ugh. So glad I took $ from my first new-job paycheck, allowed myself a few treats, and essentially tossed the $ in the garbage. ANYWAY. Moving on.
One of my students was wearing purple (my favorite color) jeans today while I was wearing pink (his favorite). We bonded over how sad it is that we couldn’t just swap pants. Oh, how I love preK ensembles. All the little hoodies and zip-ups coming to school now are just beyond adorable.
Booooots!! I’m so jealous. I wore boots yesterday with my pirate costume, but it’s still a little too hot to wear them for real.
Hopefully it wasn’t a significant amount of money lost!!
