Dinner: March 21st, 2011

This is not my own brain child, but rather completely stolen from my favorite cooking blog: smitten kitchen. I’m not very strict about quantities in terms of ingredients, spices, etc, but otherwise it’s that dish plus some chicken sausage (I’ve made it vegetarian or with sauteed chicken breast—also good!). I also made some oatmeal raisin walnut cookies from this awesome source last week—my dad very much enjoyed his birthday gift (they are GONE).

While I’m chatting food, is anyone else obsessed with Greek yogurt? I specifically can’t get enough of Chobani’s yogurt and am lovin’ on the new (to me)  lemon flavor. And whenever I stumble upon a few pineapple ones it’s like my day is made. Ah, it’s the little things.
