Pub Crawl: February 18th, 2012

Event: Water Street pub crawl

Outfit: Sweater:  Gap Outlet; Skirt: JCrew Factory; Tights: Banana Republic; Brogues: Target; Necklace: gift

Kevin, one of my friends in Milwaukee, organized a pub crawl focused on Water Street (still many Milwaukee bars I hadn’t seen!), so—after coffee and breakfast—Maria and I went to barhop the day away around 1pm. Can’t remember the last time I did some day drinkin’, and it was very fun! Many Irish beers, a few shots, one awesome bartender (that’s him having a “chocolate milk bubble contest” he initiated below), and—perhaps our savior—delicious sandwiches at Comet Cafe to end the night.

Being home at a reasonable time with hours to sip water and watch Friends reruns? The perfect formula for a lazy Sunday morning with no headache to speak of. WINNING.

P.S. Fun to take photos on a balcony again, even if it’s 2 doors down from mine and sans an awesome pup. It DOES have a friend to take your photos—-and pretty lights. Excellent.

Comet Cafe, you made us pretty much hangover free, and for this we thank you.

  1. I love all the grey with the bright springy skirt!! Love the shorter/darker hair!

  2. What a fun time! Drinking during the day is just so much more fun, isn’t it?! I love the Harp. We like to hang out on the deck during the summer on Sunday afternoons.

I absolutely adore your hair cut and color!
