Parisian Pink: July 21st, 2012

event: day 2 in Paris!
outfit:tank: Gap; cafe capris: jcrew; necklace: eBay; sandals: Franco Sarto

Taking a cold beer/macaron break at the moment in our apartment, so thought I’d share a few photos from the day. It’s been another great one. Maria & I grabbed croissants across the street for everyone this morning and then we headed off to Champs-Élysées. On the way, Laura saw a beautiful hotel & I figured…why not grab cappuccinos there? Sometimes I have traveling strokes of genius. 😉 Pricey cup of coffee, but with amazing decor, service, and complimentary little pastries.

Then we took in a view of the city from the top of Louis Vuitton’s gallery. Andrea’s French cousin took us there last time—recommend it highly! A bit of a hidden gem. Risked our lives to see the arc de triomphe (oh, there are stairs underground?), grabbed sandwiches, & headed to Montmarte. Ooh- also spotted tour de France cyclists (so cool!).

Sacre Coeur was stunning, + we spotted Moulin Rouge & had our first crepes. Now…a little relaxing.

Seriously, no complaints. This trip is wonderful, readers! I will gladly eat croissants for you if requested…and even if not. Happy weekend!

  3. Hi, Paris looks amazing! That hotel where you were having coffee looks amazing, I’m hoping to go there when I’m in Paris next month. What’s the name of the hotel with the outside courtyard? thanks
